The Sabre bread knife has a long serrated blade, enabling you to cut all types and sizes of bread but also pastries and sweet or savoury cakes. A must-have cutlery item.

- Dishwasher safe at 113 °F (45°C) maximum
- Not suitable for microwave oven
- Suitable for food contact
If small rings appear on the knife blades, they can be easily removed with a soft cloth and/or white vinegar.
For cutlery with light-coloured handles, avoid prolonged contact with foods that stain (coffee, tea, tomato sauce, etc.).
